Is my engine screwed??

Redtop SR swapped S13 I bought is making this noise. I’ll be taking off the valve cover to check rocker arms, cams, etc., but wanted to see if anyone here has a good diagnosis. I’ve heard it’s between rod knock & lifter tick. Anyone have any ideas?
