How much knowledge does the average Space Marine have?

Astartes have not only superior memory and processing speed, compared to regular humans, but are also subjected to hypnotherapy that imparts different types of memories and knowledge inside them and reshapes their personality, right?

Has it ever been canonically mentioned if that includes some vast array of academic knowledge and the skills to apply it? For instance - mathematics, physics, engineering, chemistry, biology, etc.

This would make them a lot more resourceful, right?
And in fact, they would probably need it, in order to function in that futuristic setting, like understanding how engines, weapons, explosives, etc work, how to repair their vehicles, how to improvise and use any tools available effectively.

Or does having actual scientific knowledge predispose you to heresy?
