Vili and Trygve dilemma

So my question is who did you go with because its a hard one I wanna do whats best for Eivors clan but its also hard to not let vili join your crew because his passion for the viking way but also proved to be very useful in combat and the fire and had made a good speech during funeral proving he has the peoples support but has no interest. Whereas Trygve has the wisdom and tact to handle thegns and keep them in order and can easily step into the role and more than likely will do a better job than vili. The negatives though are he isn't suppose to be jarl and is quick to give his life away and is not much younger then Jarl Hemming so what do you guys go with and yes this is a lot of thought into a non critical story line quest.
