AN515-57 won't turn on

So after playing some games two nights ago, I put my laptop in sleep mode and closed it. When I came back from work and tried to turn it on 16 hours later, it would not turn on. No charging indicator lights came on and no sounds came from the laptop. I tested my brother's charger as he also has a Nitro 5 and nothing happened. He checked my charger and it worked fine on his laptop. I opened up my laptop and removed the battery, held power button for 30 seconds, then plugged in the battery and tried to boot the laptop and still nothing? Probably going to send it in for warranty repair but anyone have any ideas as to what might be wrong?
