My parents threatened me with physical violence

The other day I was at breakfast eating ramen by myself while watching YouTube and my parents saw it and were mad and demanded me to turn it off.

I said "no" because I was just bored and they straight up threatened me with violence and yelling and shouting at me for using my phone during breakfast when they weren't even eating with me I was just by myself and I was crying a lot and begged them to stop.

They didn't listen my dad threatened to smash my phone and cut off the internet and threatened and almost punched me in the face cause I didn't listen to him.

So yeah I was almost punched in the face, threatened with violence, and got my phone smashed and the internet cut off.

All the day after my birthday party with my friends and the day before my actual birthday.

Also my dad tried to snatch my breakfast because he was angry at me and I said I wished I was an abortion because of my sadness and he said something along the lines of:

"If that's your attitude then don't exist"

I was just minding my own business
