can i get my aj account back?

A few months ago when i tried to log into my aj account it said that it got banned, i was inactive for about less than a year and ive spent a bunch of money on it ever since childhood so i came on here just to ask is there a way to get it back at all or is there something i can do should i contact their email? When i try searching up the username it can't be found but I can't make a new account with the same username either??
