Amiami told me that this figure “stands just fine”

Got this Frieren from the preowned section and it was an A grade. I get her and this part of the shoe is missing so she can’t stand on the stand properly since the peg is missing.

Submitted a ticket to them to see what I could do and they told me first that the figure wasn’t worth anyone’s time to send back and asked for a million pictures. They came back and told me she stands just fine lol maybe for half a second, then she immediately falls. I held it up in the second picture and even explained that.

They tell me they can give me a refund if I return it, even though they told me it would be a waste of everyone’s time??? I get that this is a cheap figure, that’s fine, but just the weird run-around and lack of trying to fix the issue has got to be some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced from them in a while. 😩😩😩
