[MtF4A] Cap woke up in a hospital bed. He had invaded a hydra base, however he was bested. It didn't take him long to realize he wasn't himself. He looked exactly like Madame Hydra. Just another trick to try and make this hero fall to their side... but he, now she, won't give up so easily!
