Bug found flying on top of aquarium water inside lid

I found this bug inside my aquarium, I’m trying to drown it in this cup right now, what is it and is it a problem? If so how to I treat the tank to get rid of it? Is it a damselfly?? Please help! If you need better pictures just ask and I’ll try to provide it. It looks kind of like a weird moth. This is urgent as I am very worried, I just got back for the weekend and saw this.
