Do you feel clit boners?

This is probably a weird question, but sometimes when I get turned on I feel something pulsing or slightly swelling or just generally feeling different/more noticeable down there. It goes away after a short while. I think it's the clit getting hard but not sure. Anyone else get this or maybe clarify if it's something else?
