AMS not gripping Overture matte PLA when feeding?
I’m having repeated issues at layer changes. The AMS has no problem pulling back the spool, but is unable to grab onto the filament when it starts feeding again. I can work around this by manually pushing the filament in just a bit more, and then it bites and works as it should.
I have tried the following:
Spool rims on original cardboard spool which worked awesome with overture filament before. This is where I first noticed the problem.
Re-snipped the tip of the filament with a nice angle to it. Same problem.
Re-spoiled to a Bambu spool. Same problem.
New AMS slot on a different AMS, same problem.
I’m at a loss as to what happened to this particular spool (which had at least one successful print in an AMS previously!)
