Is this a controversial opinion on Lamine Yamal?

It's international break so this seems like a suitable topic. If a Barca fan expresses this opinion, they will be called biased but throughout many football podcasts, fans of other teams have also echoed this opinion. The newest The Guardian article about young talents also reaffirmed this.

"Lamine Yamal was the best player at Euro 2024"

I have no problem with Rodri winning player of the tournament. Rodri also won POTY of the UCL he won but unlike Haaland, who ghosted in the latter stages of the tournament, Lamine Yamal contributed heavily. He scored the banger over Rabiot (official goal of the tournament) to equalize for Spain in the semifinal, completely shifting the momentum of the match, and arguably Spain's entire tournament. He also assisted in the groups stages, assisted in quarterfinal against Germany and assisted in the final against England.

I know people are hesitant to give props because it's absurd that a 16/17-year-old can be the best player at one of the biggest international tournaments but the stats or the eye test does not lie. Not to discredit Rodri's defensive and game controlling prowess, but I feel that Lamine Yamal should considered the MVP.
