Question about portraits in Chapter 2

I was able to finish chapter 2 and get all the portraits, but I'm missing the last one of the character portraits. I think its Xu Dog, and I've met him and even unlocked the ability to talk to him for the medicine, but he still hasn't shown up as a portrait. Is it a bug or do I have to do something more?
