Quitting CAT PREPRATION because of low academics.

M, So I am BMS student with low academics of 68/72/8 and was preparing for CAT2025 but got demotivated because how B-schools and IIM treats students with low academics. I can push my-self and score good in CAT but is it even worth it, what top B-schools will accept this shitty academic?
