Onboarding email never came through?

I was hired last Monday at my interview. The manger said that he will send me the email application to make it official, which I received that afternoon and filled out. He then told me that he was going to send me the onboarding email, which I’m assuming contains all your personal information for direct deposit, SSN, availability, etc. He told me as soon as I completed that onboarding, I could get started with orientation at the restaurant.

My only concern is that it’s been a week and I haven’t gotten any email (yes, I have checked my spam). I’ve called the restaurant every day since Friday and the employees just keep saying the manager is too busy to talk rn, and that they will relay the message to him.

I’m getting a little impatient. I have bills stacking up, and I was told I’d be able to start by last week! Has anyone else had this issue? Is it a software issue with the onboarding, or is it my manager? I wonder if I should just go in this week if I don’t hear back from them…
