If you had to choose between your physical health and your mental, which would you prioritize?
So in September I had a full on nervous breakdown. My anxiety has been amping up since leaving an abusive relationship and it hit the fan. Incidentally, I was diagnosed with narcolepsy about a month ago. I have been very, very depressed. Antidepressants would likely help both the depression and the anxiety, but may make the tiredness/fatigue from the narcolepsy worse. I do not get sleep attacks from my narcolepsy, but am afraid it could happen.
What would you do? Take meds to address the mental health issues, potentially at the expense of your energy levels? Or keep "existing" day after day with no sense of happiness or will to live?
