Any way to make a reflecting pond like in Washington, DC on console?
The only way I’ve ever been able to make this kind of thing is to turn the pump on and off over and over again and hope I notice before it floods this part of my city. Is there any way at all to just make the water stay here? On console, mods are not an option.
