Why does steam chart all time peak player for TCAL is so low?

( sorry for my bad English)

I was wondering yesterday how many people actually played the game so I search it on steam db and it was only 794 is it wrong or does the system work differently for small story games? It kinda confused me

Also why does the subreddit banner is LGBTQ+? I thought people only use it on sub where there are lgbt character but I never saw any of them in this game ( i don't hate the banner or LGBTQ flag i was just wondering since that's what we think in Asia atleast) sorry if it offended anyone but yea
