Good beer for chili?

I found a thread from about a year ago with a lot of good recommendations, but I'm thinking of going with a chocolate or coffee beer for my chili. I'm not familiar (at all) with beer so I'm not sure what qualities/tastes to look for. I know I'll be going some cinnamon and spicy notes in the chili so I'm leaning towards chocolate.

Does anyone have some tips? A favorite? 🙏🏽
