Codenames Are Stupid - identity

I was exploring The Coppermind and saw in a WoB that Kaise from Elantris is confirmed as Codenames Are Stupid in TLM. How do we know this?? Did I miss someone calling her by name in TLM? (I listen to all of the books and the pronunciation of the Elantris names & terms changes a lot between books.)
