Updated Foreign Affairs Manual for Consular officer on considering D3-Waiver for US college graduates
On June 15, 2024, the updated Foreign Affairs Manual included new language regarding recommending d3-waiver to
“applicant has graduated with a degree from an institution of higher education in the United States, or has earned credentials to engage in skilled labor in the United States, and is seeking to travel to the United States to commence or continue employment with a U.S. employer in a field that requires the education that the applicant attained in the United States. “
Seems like you just need a US college degree/professional credentials on skilled labors and job offer related to your study field. Non-DACA would be included and no age limits!
