Suggestions for Templates/Guides to Writing your Own Campaign

Hey all, this has probably been asked before so feel free to refer me to another post, but I am writing a campaign and am looking on pointers specifically for how to organize it and format it.

I just grabbed a 3 ring binder with some dividers and this is really the most ideal way for me to flip back and forth between subjects on the campaign (maps, NPCs, plot, items) I’m looking for a free application or document/template that has a similar layout where I can tab around and organize everything that way. I’m using Inkarnate for making maps and that’ll be fine for now. I’ve also checked out WorldAnvil and GM Binder but before I commit to learning their system I just wanted to see if anyone had a simpler suggestion?

Also, when it comes time to finalize the campaign, in case I want to share it for free with the community, what is a good source that will make my campaign look the part?
