Is it possible to add recently played solo players?

Tried asking this before and the post was removed, and I can't tell why. Why should I be barred from asking a reasonable question as a new player?? Or am I getting discriminated against for past posts? Some information on this would be great as I don't quite appreciate platforms that engage in shadowbanning without reason :)

but mainly: is it possible for me to add recently played with people from solo dungeons?
