Anybody found their most profitable trading is scalping?

Has anyone had "poor" results intra day trading but switched to scalping and found better profitability. I tried scalping live for the first time this week so far so good. I felt no fomo knowing so many opportunities are bound. I think that may have been the issue with my day trading. Maybe it's possible to be an impatient day trader but a patient scalper? or I'm am just coping? Was just courious if anyones made the switch or has any thoughts on this?
