We've been told all our lives that make-believe is childish. I think it's the answer to solving humanity's problems.
What better way to brainstorm ideas to fix the world than in a casual, fictional world-building space that explores ideas and concepts?
I think there's potential in gathering experts in different subjects and having those people offer suggestions to fixing the "pipelines" of the world-- in a project management sense.
Like take the logistics of solving world hunger, for example. One guy can't solve it, but what if we used the power of internet communities to brainstorm solutions together? It could go nowhere.... but it could also go somewhere, you know?
