Whatever happened to that Isaac Warriner kid?

The honors student/student council president/all around super popular well liked kid who chopped his mom's head off. Did he ever go to court? Sentencing? We weren't friends but we saw each other literally every single day when I was in college so it was shocking when all that happened.
