BRAC VISA DEBIT CARD ISSUE!!!!

So i got MULTI CURRENCY VISA DEBIT card from Brac Bank few weeks ago . I haven't used it yet . Yesterday i tried to purchase Twitter premium but couldn't. Twitter premium price was shown in BDT and i didn't have dollars in my card but had enough Taka . Idk what's the issue here? Kindly help 🙏🏽
