Who is Theodore Nott?

I'm new in the Dramonie universe.

I have only read the first 3 book of Harry Potter and watched all of the movies but I don't remember Theo Nott. Tho I've been seen him pop a lot in some posts.

I would really appreciate if you could tell me anything about him.
