I've noticed multiple hints that Naven might be the Bliss Ocean Leader, I'll describe them in the description, but I've also circled the aspects of this image that hint towards it (but there is one that's not in the image)

• His eyes are always closed which is quite unusual, whilst the Bliss Ocean Leader has very noticeable kaleidoscopic eyes. Could he possibly have his eyes closed all the time to hide said kaleidoscopic eyes

• His earring just so happens to be in the shape of a heart, which is the same shape as the Bliss Ocean Logo (though the logo is a bit more intricate looking)

• The design on his shirt looks like a crystalline kaleidoscopic design but not spiraling, though that might be a stretch

• Freaking Yoomtah is his chauffeur, like come on it just is her. Just because it's a different outfit and hair color doesn't mean it's not her.

• Also he's the CEO of STEM, a Mundie focused business that focuses on equality by hiring Mundies that are overlooked by other businesses, while Bliss Ocean is a "Mundie terrorist group" that wishes to get rid of epithets to make an equal society. Could be that STEM is a front for Bliss Ocean.
