Are there any cheap/affordable split ergonomic keyboards?

Just as the post is asking. I started developing carpal tunnel and I have a lot of tendonitis built up in my arms from decades of bad ergonomics. I am a software engineer and resting simply isn't an option since my job relies on me typing for the most part.

I have been looking into ergonomic split keyboards but most of them start around $200 and that seems like a steep price to pay when $100 more can get you something more durable. I am very new to this world and any help would be greatly appreciated.
