I opened lot of these vault tec lunchbox most of the time I keep eyes on items whatever worth taking or not fast forward to Pickman gallery, I sneaked my way down to the basement right before entering the sewer, there a vault tec lunchbox nearby, I popped it up I saw this face inside that I never knew it was there lol and any backstory on this?

Raider NPC even said this dialogue at the same time I discovered that face lol
