Woah found a glitch

So there a quest called the big dig.

I tried to kill Bobbi in diamond city but no luck so randomly I fast travel to goodneighbors to sell purifier waters for caps well my eyes are exactly the same size of white plate as KL-EO blew me up.....so I backtrack to my save files to not shoot Bobbi and revisit goodneighbors, everything is fine.

So what made that glitch made that happened?

Was Bobbi part of that town?
