How do you guys exercise when feeling unwell?

I’m walking short amounts of time on our treadmill every day but it’s been less than a week and I’m already struggling to want to do it because I am so sore. The weather here is changing constantly and I have a couple arthritic diseases as well, and chronic migraine. When I’m really hurting it’s hard to continue that routine of exercise.

What do you guys do? How do you push yourself past it? I’m starting small and slow but it’s already hard as every millimetre of my body hurts.
