What are some of your favorite Chinese American restaurants?

Not considering:

  • Panda Express
  • Pick Up Stix
  • Fortunate Son

We have a lot of places that serve regional Chinese food, but Chinese American food has its place and history too. What are some places where this is still the focus and are serving up some of your favorites?
