Urgent phone recommendation for Mom around 30k

Hey redditors please help me select a smartphone for my mom, budget is around 30-35k

Here are my considerations :

1. She is a light user. Whatsapp and Facebook would amount to 1 hour at max in a day. And say rest is phone calls mostly.

2. No gaming, heavy tasks.

3. A good camera

4. I want the phone to be reliable. Shouldn't lag for this kind of usage.

5. I want to stay away from poco/realme and Chinese brands

I have only s23FE in my mind. Please suggest if that's fine or something else. Will the exynos hold good for a light user ?
