Which 24k Coin to Stack?

I am extremely OCD. I don't like variety. I have 10 of the same shirts, 5 of the same pants. And buy the same pair of shoes once the current ones wear out. I get anxiety when I have too many different options.

Having said that, I'm looking to liquidate $30k of my savings to buy Gold. I like the idea of 24k one-ounce coins. The 22k coins seems.... Dirty. That's the OCD talking. The Pamp Bars come plastic sealed. That extra plastic feels... Unnecessary. Again, OCD talking.

Liquidity (locally & internationally) is important for me if I wanted to sell the entire package at once, though I doubt that will ever be the case. I live in Texas.

The two options I've come across are the American Buffalos and the Canadian Maple. Is there one you would recommend over the other? And are there any other 24k coins with high liquidity you would recommend? I'd like to buy the same coin and only stack that coin moving forward without changing it in the future.

I don't mind paying a premium up front/sell at spot later vs paying a lower premium up front and sell below spot later. It'll all roughly net out the same at the end.
