Bluetooth codec missing since latest Android 15 update?

I noticed with the latest update (December 2024), you can no longer see the currently used codec or turn off high definition codecs in the settings for the bluetooth headphones. The toggle is missing completely, so now you can't see if you're using SBC, AAC, LDAC, AptX etc. Does anyone know of a way to bring this back or another app that lets you see this?
