Which server is the most populated?

As titled, I just recently pick up the game through steam sales and tried to play some online match. But apart from Japan server with few hundreds players, all the other servers seem to be empty with 0-2 ppl.

At the time I was playing Steamdb shows there are around 2.7k players online which is the 24hour peak. But where are them? Or is the lobby not displaying the actual player count?

Btw I'm playing from Southeast Asia
