Alex goes out of her way to make other people's disabilities her problem then gets mad when people call her out

The way her minds works is wicked. To see a group of mentally disable people hanging out in a mall and then insert herself, as if the world must adapt to what she thinks is acceptable. Ridiculous. Get over yourself Alex, some people are disabled, so what. Clearly being disabled isn't a desired thing but that's life, that's our reality, deal with it.
