What is my hair doing? Is this normal?
The pic is of wet hair and those “curly” pieces are all short/varying lengths. It definitely did not used to look like this, but I feel like it’s been getting progressively worse over the past 5 years maybe. My hair dresser was stumped when I asked her. Any thoughts?
