Help finding Lebkuchen Sasquatch?

I bought the season pass, and have tamed the unicorn, and I want to get the sasquatch in Lebkuchen next. All I can find online is that it appears in the wooded area between Pastilla and Lebkuchen at night-time but I haven't seen it ans have been looking everynight for a week in game. Has anyone seen it or know the hours to look for it?
