SNAP advice?

Aloha everyone,

I recently applied for SNAP benefits and I received a letter in the mail on November 7th informing me that my scheduled appointment for an interview was on November 6th.... great heads up!

Since then, I've called them on five different occasions, waiting for up to 2.5 hours on their interview line, and I've never been able to contact a human being in the department.

I'm sort of at a loss at this point. Should I try to go to the office in person? They just sent me a second letter saying I need to reschedule with my case worker by November 30th, but they've never given me any information as to who my case worker is.

Any advice at all is welcome!!
