Affirm Question - Hertz Nightmare

I recently decided to use Affirm to rent a car in Los Angeles with Hertz. I booked it because I thought it would be a great deal, but now I’m having flashbacks to the nightmare that is actually getting the car from hertz. I used affirm because I hate using credit cards, and through Apple Pay, an affirm “pay later” option was presented to me.

Because affirm already approved my loan (and I made a payment), I’m worried because I don’t actually have a physical Affirm card. And I’m worried that not having a physical card will present a nightmare for getting out of the airport.

Does anyone have experience here? My rental is coming up in two days and I’m picturing a world of being in a tight spot at the airport.

While it wouldn’t make sense for a company to present a prepayment option only to make it difficult to receive the service, hertz has done me dirty before.
