Printer connection

Hey all!

I asked r/printers but im not sure if they will know the solution, so i hope you guys could maybe know the solution

So i have my printer connected to a router that is also connected to another router that is connected to my pc with ethernet. Now as you may see it coming, i can't find my printer with my pc. My printer has an ip address but i can't ping it with my pc.
