We are starting the process of building and have selected a cost plus contractor to build for us. Wanted to get recommendations on websites that provide the best pricing for various build materials. Our hope is that this will help the decision making process and allow local suppliers to price match if their bids come in higher. We built a custom home 10 years ago and build.com really helped us a lot. Any suggestions for websites providing pricing and cost savings on quality materials are greatly appreciated.
