eman slayer from 5 to 7

(Profile: TheSwagger_) Hey i came back to this game after a long 3 years of quitting (gave my stuff away) and i tried eman slayer and couldn't even kill a T3 one even if i tried hard. Could you guys give advice on how i could do T3/T4's well or what would be the best way (setup, armor, weapons, talismen reforges etc) to get to eman 7??? Long lists and critiques appreciated!!!
