Fps in sky block bad

Ello everyone, I’m writing cause my fps just in general sucks bootycheeks in sky block. I have a really nice laptop (MSI katana) and I upgraded the ram from 16 -> 64 gb ram recently. I still get roughly 60-100 fps on a good day and 30-40 on a bad day. Does anyone know what might be the root of the issue?
