hi all. i am filling up my statutory questions and came across this

I was arrested for fraud under 5k, after investigations, all charges were withdrawn and my biometrics are being destroyed , do i need to put this information in my application

Has ______ ever been refused a visa or permit, denied entry or ordered to leave Canada or any other country?: (required)

i was also denied entry into canada on my first trip because my medicals had expired and i was not aware, i was allowed entry once i retook the test
