Need some help regarding racing wheels.

As title suggests, I am confused about which racing wheel I should buy for sim/arcade/simcade racing. I am a beginner and have never used a PC racing wheel in my life (I use controller). Which racing setup should I get for under 15000rs from amazon.in or flipkart.com (I don't really trust other sites)? Thanks in advance!
