1440p gaming pc for max 80k? Possible?

Hi Everyone, need a quick help .. i want to built a gaming pc without monitor etc , my budget is 80k max for 1440p atleast at uktra/high settings. i have most things figured out .. but still it seems hard to choose cpu/gpu combo in this budget . Am4 platform can git in budget but am5 is future proof .. should i go with 7700x or 9700 / 7600x or 9600x ? The gpu is hardest to pick .. like 7000 series or old 6000 series . Cant find 6800xt/6900 .. or should i go with nvidia 4070 or amd 7800xt/gre ? Pls suggest a good build in budget..
